Do you have a physical store, or is it an online-only store?
We offer both online and Physical Shopping at our Kimathi House, Kimathi Street showroom.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-PESA, VISA, MasterCard, Airtel Money, and Pesa Pal.
Can I return or exchange a product if I’m not satisfied?
Goods can be returned only if they have not been fixed anywhere and while still in their original packaging.
Do you offer any warranties on your products?
Some of our goods have warranties, but others don’t have since they can also get spoilt depending on usage or handling, which might be beyond our control.
Can you help me find a specific item if it’s not listed on your website?
We assist our customers to get even other goods that are not listed on our website.
Can I request a bulk order or special pricing for large projects?
We also offer quantity discounts for large orders.
Do you offer installation services for specific products?
We have a team of professionals that is always ready to offer after-sales services to our clients.
Can I buy products while residing outside of the country?
